The death has occurred of
Kathleen Christina (Rene) Hanrahan
(née McGagh)
Formerly of Knockatubber, Claremorris, Co. Mayo. Rene passed away peacefully in the exceptional care of the Maypark Nursing Home, surrounded by her family, after a short illness, bravely borne. Predeceased by her loving husband, Joe, brother Paddy-Joe and sister, Tess. Cherished and loved, she will be sadly missed by her son, Philip, daughters, Libby, Angela, Teresa, brother, Billy, sister, Mary, daughter-in-law, Denise, sons-in-law Peter, Geoff, her nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and her many neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Walsh’s Funeral Home, New Street, Carrick-on-Suir, on Wednesday, 16th February, from 5.30pm to 6.30pm. Arriving at the Church of the Assumption, Piltown, Co. Kilkenny, on Thursday, 17th February 2022, for requiem Mass at 11am, followed by burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. To view mass live:
