Bateman (nee Deigan) ("Lilac Lodge", Waterford Road, Kilkenny) 1st March 2022, peacefully, in the presence of her family and in the loving care of the staff at Drakelands House Nursing Home, Margaret (Peggy), beloved wife of the late Jimmy Bateman and cherished mother of Maria, James and Anne, sadly missed by her loving family, sister Marie, son-in-law Frank, daughter-in-law Anne, grandchildren Stephen, Niamh, Luke, Oisín, Eoghan, Órla and Frankie, sister-in-law Peggy, cousins, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May Peggy Rest in Peace.

Reposing at her home (R95 YKT6) on Wednesday (2nd March) from 4pm concluding with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 6.30pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Thursday at 11am in St. Patrick's Church. Funeral afterwards to Foulkstown Cemetery.
