Philomena Ward
(née Cunningham)

The death has occurred of Philomena Ward, (nee Cunningham, Chapel Gate) Carrick, formerly of Chicago.  Peacefully, at home, surrounded by her loving family.  Predeceased by her loving husband Jimmy and her children Gerard and Maryann she will be sadly missed by her children Jimmy, Kevin, Michael, Trish and Bob, daughters-in-law Christine, Debbie, Karen and Christine and son-in-law Padraig.

Forever remembered by her grandchildren Meagan, Katie, Brian, Colin, Eileen, Stephen, Chris, Kyle, Fiona, Kelly, Jillian, Deirdre, Timmy and her great granddaughter Raina, her sister Margaret, her brother Barney and her sisters-in-law Mary, Peggy, Sue, Angela, Bernie and her many nieces and nephews and a wide circle of relatives and friends.

Philomena’s remains will be reposing at her late residence in Clogher, Carrick from 5pm on Tuesday evening (14th) until 10pm and again from 12 noon until 10pm on Wednesday 15th.

Removal from her late residence on Thursday, arriving at St. Columba’s Church, Carrick, for Requiem Mass at 12 noon with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. The family home is private on the morning of the Funeral.
