Predeceased by his parents Margaret and Nicholas, brothers John and Nicky, sisters Kathleen, Bridget, Eily, Margaret, Mary and Christina.
Billy will be sadly missed by his brother Eddie, sister-in-law Peggy, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends.
May his Gentle Soul Rest In Peace
Reposing at Thompsons Funeral Home, Barrack Street, Waterford on Saturday (8th April) from 7 pm to 8:30 pm with vigil prayers and rosary at 7:45 pm.
Requiem Mass on Sunday in the Holy Family Church at 3 pm followed by burial in St. Otterans Cemetery.
The Foley Family would like to thank the staff, nurses, doctors and carers at Aperee Living Ballygunner and Havenwood for all the care that was shown to Billy.
