Abbie McCarthy
(née Vaughan)
McCarthy (Avoncourt, Ballincollig and formerly of Bishopstown) On November 12th 2021, peacefully, surrounded by her family at Marymount University Hospital and hospice, Abbie (nee Vaughan) daughter of the late Eugene and Betty Vaughan, beloved wife of Tom, loving mother of Jayne and Suzanne and fond grandmother of Daniel and Rose. Sadly missed by her loving husband, daughters, sons-in-law Ken and Kevin, grandchildren, sister Veronica, brothers Bernard and John, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Lying in repose at Crowley’s Funeral Home, Ballincollig Sunday, 14th, from 5pm to 6pm. for visitation. Requiem Mass at 12 noon Monday, 15th, in the Church of St. Mary and St. John, Ballincollig. Funeral afterwards to St. Oliver’s Cemetery.
