The death has occurred of Abina Madden (née O'Keeffe), Martinstown, Kilmallock, Co. Limerick and formerly of Glenville, Co. Cork, December 22nd 2024, very peacefully at her home surrounded by her family. Retired school teacher Coláiste Iósaef, Kilmallock and formerly St. Mary's Secondary School, Macroom. Sister of the late Mossie, Paddy, Daniel, Simon, Nora, Hanna and Mary. Very sadly missed by her loving husband Donie, son Maurice, daughters Marina and Ciara, brother John (Achill Island), sister Eily (Ryan, Fermoy), daughter in law Ann Marie, beloved grandchildren Róisín and Donal, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, kind neighbours and her many friends.

Reposing this Monday evening, 23rd, from 6pm at Daffy's Funeral Home, Kilmallock, followed by evening prayers at 7.30pm. Removal to arrive Tuesday (Christmas Eve) for 1pm Requiem Mass at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, Martinstown followed by burial afterwards to Kilfinane Cemetery.
