Adam BAJAK
Adam passed away unexpectedly on the 1st of November. He will be sadly missed by his loving parents Jozef and Cecylia, brothers Tomasz and Janusz, his extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at O'Reilly's Funeral Home, Harbour Street, Tullamore on Tuesday from 7pm until 9pm.
A Funeral Service for Adam will take place in Poland at a later date.
