The death has occurred of
Adrian Duffy
Duffy, Adrian, (Clontarf, Dublin) – 5th, July 2021 – (suddenly) at the Mater Hospital. Predeceased by his loving parents Phyl and Terry. He will be very sadly missed by his brother Eugene, sister Rachael, brother-in-law Sean, sister-in-law Sarah, his nephews and nieces Shannon, Leon, Jade, Conor, Erika and Grace Anna, and his extended family, friends and neighbours.

A private family funeral will take place, due to Government advice regarding public gatherings. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral, but cannot due to current restrictions, may leave a personal message in the section “condolences” below or on www.kirwans.ie.
