Adrienne Young
(née Quinlan)

Adrienne Young nee Quinlan of Ballinorig, Causeway and formerly Cahill’s Park, Tralee, Co. Kerry, died peacefully, in the vigilant care of Dr. Sheahan and he team in the Palliative Care Unit, on 22nd December 2025, beloved wife of J.J., adored mother of Íde and dear sister of Mons. Michael, Philomena (Casey) and the late Tommy, Very Rev. Fr. Patrick, Marie (Murphy), Fr. John S.M.A. and Olly.

Sadly missed by her loving family, her brothers-in-law Derek, Liam, Noel, Leo & Martin, sisters-in-law Yvonne & Miriam, nephews, nieces, grandnephews, grandnieces, relatives and many friends.

Rest in Peace.

Reposing at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee on Friday (26th December) from 3 to 5 p.m. Funeral arriving to St. John’s Church, Causeway on Saturday morning at 11.30 a.m. where the Requiem Mass for Adrienne will be celebrated at 12 noon (streamed on www.dioceseofkerry.ie/parish/causeway-ballyduff). Interment afterwards in St. John’s Churchyard Cemetery, Causeway.

Donations in lieu of flowers, if desired, to The Palliative Care Unit, U.H.K. (via “Donation” link below – Kerry Hospice Foundation), or care of the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee.
