Who passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in the wonderful care of Portiuncula Hospital, Ballinasloe on Thursday 2nd April 2026, in her 95th year.

 

Predeceased by her loving husband Vincent, daughter Rosaleen, and siblings Kathleen, Tim, Mary, John, Teresa, Mick, Judy, Martin, Tommy and Frank. Grandchild angel Eppie Rose and great grandchild angel Robin.

 

Aggie will be deeply missed and always remembered by her children, Padraic, Dympna, Martin, John, Aidan, Una (Fahy) Liam and Fiona (Flannery), and sister Gretta (Coen), sons-in-law, Hipolito, Tony, Conor, daughters-in-law, Marie, Freda, Ann, Joan and Edel and sisters-in-law Kathleen (Glynn), Bríd (Glynn) and Betty (Glynn).

 

Her grandchildren, Louise, Aideen, Niamh, Sinead (Cannon), Fiona, Lidia, Sandra (Torres Cannon), Aaron, Tommy, Katie (Cannon), Dean, Sheena, Vincent, Leanne, Teagan, Lorcan (Cannon), Lisa and Gavin (Cannon), Ellie, Daniel, Shane, Eoghan, Izzy (Fahy), Nathan, Evan (Cannon), Rebecca, Leah, Jemma, Sarah, and Hollie (Flannery). Great grandchildren, Oisín, Agnes, Diego, Lúa, Daithí, Fiadh, Max and Aria.

 

Also remembered by her extended family, friends and neighbours.

 

Aggie will lie in repose in Áras Mhuire Funeral Home in the grounds of St. Killian’s Church, New Inn (H53P6C0) on Sunday 5th April from 5pm – 7pm.

 

Aggie’s Requiem Mass will take place in St. Killian’s Church, on Monday 6th April at 11am, followed by burial afterwards in Killaan cemetery, Woodlawn.
