Agnes (Aggie) Kavanagh
(née Pollard)

Aggie in her 92nd year, passed away peacefully on the 12th of April 2026.

Surrounded by her loving family, in the compassionate care of the staff in the Barrow Ward, St.Lukes Hospital Kilkenny.

Predeceased by her loving husband, Willie, parents, brothers and sisters.

Aggie will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughters Mary (Murphy) and Olive (Horan), sons-in-law Michael and Michael

her six adored grandchildren Billy, Sarah, Mike, Billy, JJ and Robert, her nine great grandchildren, sister Breda Hickey, brother in law Liam Ryan, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May her gentle soul Rest In Peace.

Reposing in Dermot Ronan's Funeral Home, Ballingarry eircode E41YD96 on Tuesday (April 14th) from 5pm to 8pm.

Removal from her home in Foyle on Wednesday morning to The Church of The Assumption, Ballingarry for Funeral Mass at 11.30am.

Followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.

The family would like to take this opportunity to thank most sincerely the entire team of staff at the Sacred Heart Nursing Home, Crosspatrick for the wonderful care shown to Aggie over the last two years.
