Agnes (Kay) Leonard

The death has occurred of Agnes (Kay) Leonard, Fairgreen, Ballybay and formerly Aghabog, Co. Monaghan, on Wednesday March 11th peacefully at Cavan General Hospital surrounded by her family.

Predeceased by her parents Terence and Ellen, infant son Patrick, brother Mickey and sister Eileen.

Agnes, deeply regretted and remembered with love by her family, son Thomas and daughter in law Alison, daughter Anna (Reb), her cherished grandchildren Melissa, Sharleen, Jessica, Redmond and Jason, her adored great-grandson Cohén, sister Margaret Foley (Kildare), sister in law Bridie, nieces nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Agnes will repose at Wards Funeral Home, Ballybay (A75 H585) tomorrow Friday from 5pm until 8pm. Removal from Wards funeral home on Saturday morning (proceeding on foot) to arrive at St. Patrick’s Church, Ballybay for funeral mass at 11am, followed by burial in the adjoining Cemetery.
