AIDAN SHANAHAN

AIDAN SHANAHAN (Shan) (Midleton and late of Inch, Whitegate). On July 23rd, 2024, suddenly at home. Son of the late Ted and Eileen Shanahan, Inch, Whitegate, Beloved brother of Willie, Paddy, Mary, Mossie, Eilo, Brian, Gary and the late Frances (O’Connor), Kevin, Joseph, John and Baby Anthony, uncle of the late Kate (O’Connor). Sadly missed also by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives and his large circle of friends.

Thanks especially to his neighbours Timmy Twomey, Siobhán and Elliot for their kindness over the years and to Dr. Mulcahy and Team, HSE ambulance crew and Midleton Gardaí for all they did for Aidan.

May Shan Rest In Peace.

Reposing at Hyde’s Funeral Home, Drury’s Avenue, Midleton on Sunday 28th from 5.30pm to 7pm.

Requiem Mass on Monday 29th at 11am in St. Mary’s Church, Ballinrostig followed by burial in All Saints Cemetery, Whitegate.
