Alan Mooney

Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family and in the loving care of the ICU staff in Tallaght Hospital.  Beloved husband and much-loved father and granddad. Sadly, missed by his loving wife Joan, daughter Emma, sons Daragh, Simon and Adam, daughters-in-law Amanda, Mikaela and Clodagh, son-in-law Damien, brothers, Derek, Kieron and David, his close and much-loved friends Dennis, Lynn and Brian, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, his 10 adored grandchildren, mother-in-law “Mam”, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, relatives, and large circle of friends. 

Alan will be reposing at Wellbrook Funeral Home (Eircode W91V88V), on Thursday from 4pm, with prayers at 7pm. Removal at 10.40am Friday morning arriving at the Church of The Immaculate Conception, Allenwood, for Requiem Mass at 11am.  Funeral afterwards to Newlands Cross Crematorium for Committal Service at 13.30. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Irish Cancer Society or Irish Heart Foundation.
