Alan Murphy

Murphy, Alan (Brooklyn, New York and formerly Clontarf, Dublin) – 28 July 2019; beloved husband and best friend of Ciara, and adored Daddy to Saoirse and father to be of twin boys. Deeply loved son of Thelma and the late Neil Murphy,and much loved and admired brother of Kate. Sadly missed by his mother-in law Deirdre, father-in-law Irial, sister-in-law Róisín, aunts, uncles, cousins, godsons Tim and Brian, his many, many friends and KKR colleagues. 

Reposing from 5pm to 7pm at the Finan family home on Tuesday. A Mass to celebrate Alan’s life will be held in St. Gabriel’s Church, Dollymount on Wednesday, 31 July 2019, at 10am followed by a private cremation service at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross.  Donations in lieu of flowers to the Friends of St. Luke’s Hospital.  All enquiries to Massey Bros., 5 Newtown Park, Blackrock (01) 2804454.
