Alan SCANLON

Scanlon, Alan (Walkinstown, Dublin) passed away peacefully on the 7th October 2025, surrounded by his loving family, in the excellent care of all the staff of Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross. Predeceased by his father John (Sean), Mother Isabella and brother Terrence. Sadly missed and remembered by all his loving family, sister Martina, brother-in-law Donal, nephews and nieces Mark, Eric, Shauna and Aoife, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Alan will be reposing on Thursday evening from 5pm – 7pm at the Larry Massey Funeral Home, the Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham. Funeral will take place on Friday morning at 10am in the Church of the Assumption of the B.V.M, Walkinstown followed by burial in Kilmashogue Cemetery, Rathfarnham.
