Peacefully, at home, in the loving care of his family. Deeply regrtted by his loving wife, Joan, sons Mark and Matthew, daughter Shirley, daughter-in-law Helana, son-in-law Chris, grandchildren Joseph, Christopher, Shelly, Lauren and Abbie, sister, Barbara, great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Due to HSE restrictions, Alec's Funeral will be private to family only.

The funeral cortège will leave Killcrossbeg at 12.30pm on Monday to arrive for burial at 1pm in St Patrick's Cemetery, Shercock. The family would like to thank Cavan/Monaghan Palliative Care and the local nurse for the wonderful care and attention given to Alec.
