Alex Henry Ardtrasna, Ballinfull, Co. Sligo - August 21, 2025. Peacefully in the excellent care of the nurses and staff of North West Hospice, Sligo. Predeceased by his beloved wife Aileen, his parents Charlie and Elsie and his sister Jean. Alex will be sadly missed by his loving sons John, Fergal, Ronan, daughters Loretta and Edel, daughters-in-law Annemarie and Rose and Fergal’s partner Edelle, son-in-law Eamon, grandchildren Logan, Alex, Dani, Elena and Elsie, sisters Maeve, Sylvia, Vida, Meriel and Pat, brother Noel, brothers-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, neighbours and close friends.

REST IN PEACE

Reposing at McGloin’s funeral home cliffoney (Eircode F91N880) on Sunday the 24th August from 3pm to 6pm. Removal at 6pm to St Patrick's Church, Maugherow arriving at 7pm. Requiem Mass on Monday morning at 11.30am with burial afterwards in Carrigans cemetery. Anyone wishing to offer their sympathies can do so on the condolence section below.
