Alex Whiriskey, Ardrahan, Co. Galway.

Died peacefully in the wonderful care of the Pulmonary Hypertension team at the Mater Hospital Dublin on the 8th of April 2025 after a long illness.

 

Beloved husband of Trish (nee Casey) and adoring father of Alex Jnr.

 

Predeceased by his sister Jennifer.

Sadly missed by his loving family. His heartbroken parents Paul and Maura, his sister Caroline, his brothers Robert, John and Garret. Sisters-in-law Eimear, Aileen, Allyson and Grainne. Brothers-in-law Ian and Patrick, parents-in-law Joe and Sadie, his nieces and nephews Eve, Ferdia, Oscar, Anna, Jackson, Cassie, Hugo, Belle, Judy, Caitlin, Finn and Ailbhe. His uncle Johnny, his aunts, cousins and his many, many friends.

Reposing at his parents house in Ardrahan village (H91 PPF5), on Friday April 11th, from 4pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Saturday, April 12th at 12 noon in St Teresa's Church, Labane (H91 V528), with burial afterwards in Labane cemetery.
