Alfie Dowling
~~Dowling, Fernhill, Arklow, Co. Wicklow, 1st April 2016, peacefully in the loving care of the staff at St. Colman’s Hospital, Rathdrum, surrounded by his loving family, Alfie, loving husband of Maria (née Kearon), beloved father of Karen, Glen and the late Alan dearly loved brother of Michael, Esther, Roseanne, Kathleen and the late Marguerite and Richard. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, son, daughter, brother, sisters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, mother-in-law Eileen, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, niece, cousins, relatives, friends and neighbours.
May He Rest in Peace.
Reposing at Hudson’s Funeral Home Friday from 4pm to 8pm with removal Saturday morning at 10.30am to S. S. Mary & Peters Church, Arklow arriving for Mass at 11am, burial afterwards in St. Gabriel’s Cemetery. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, if desired, to the Wicklow Hospice Foundation.
