Peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff Laurel Lodge Nursing Home, Longford. Predeceased by his son Ian and brother Brendan. Deeply regretted by his loving daughters Sharon and Hilary, sisters and brothers Maureen, Oliver, George, Winifred, Paul and Elizabeth, brother in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

A private cremation will take place for Alfred.
