We are saddened to announce the death of Alice B. Connolly (née O’Hanlon), Ballinahone, Emyvale, Co.Monaghan and formerly The Pillar House Hotel, Glaslough, Monday 16th February peacefully in the care of the staff of Drumbear Nursing Home, surrounded by her loving family.

Pre-deceased by her loving husband Paddy, parents Michael and Annie O’Hanlon, her brothers Sean, Michéal & Henry and sisters Máire & Dympna.

Alice will be sadly missed by her daughters Anne (Anthony), Ursula (Paul) & Sinead (Paul) & son Pauric (Majella), her sisters Joan & Ursula, her grandchildren, great grandchildren, her extended family and friends.

May her gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Alice’s remains will repose at her daughter Sinead’s home (Donagh, Glaslough) on Monday & Tuesday.

House private to family and close friends only please as per Alice’s wishes.

Removal on Wednesday morning to arrive at St. Mary's Church, Glennan (via Glaslough) for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, please.
