Alice Kane nee Meehan, Mornington, Co. Meath and formerly of Drumlemon, Clogheen, Co. Tipperary. 18th January 2025. Peacefully at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Alice, beloved wife to Paul and loving Mum to Liz, Alan and Oran. Predeceased by her brother Willie and sister Helen. Sadly missed by her husband, daughter, sons, son in law Rob, daughter in law Ciara, grandchildren Matthew, Allie, Evan, Hugo and Eric, sisters Elizabeth and Nora, brother Tommy, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Townley’s Funeral Home, Crosslanes, Drogheda (A92XN75) from 4 o’clock until 6 o’clock on Monday.

Funeral Mass on Tuesday morning at 11 o’clock in Star of The Sea Church, Mornington. Burial afterwards in Reilig Mhuire, Piltown.

Family flowers only. House private please.

There will also be a Mass of Remembrance held for Alice in Ballylooby Church on the 2nd February at 10.30am. Alice’s cousin Fr.Billy will be celebrating the Mass.
