Alison Maguire O'Sullivan of Cluain Ard, Tralee and formerly Lixnaw, died peacefully on 30th October 2024 surrounded by her loving family, in the tender care of the Palliative Care Unit, U.H.K., after a short illness borne with unwavering courage and strength. Beloved wife of Danny, dearest mother of Amelia and William and adored daughter of Colette and the late Liam Maguire.
Sadly missed by her heartbroken family, her sister Margaret, brothers Barrie, Liam Óg and Aidan, sisters-in-law Ciara, Tara, Carol, Louise, Maeve, Emma and Tegan, brothers-in-law Marcus and Brian, mother-in-law Peggy, nieces, nephews, extended family, colleagues and many, many friends.
Reposing at the Gleasure Funeral Home, Tralee on Sunday (3rd November) from 3 pm to 5 pm. Funeral arriving to St. John’s Church, Tralee on Monday at 11.30 am where the Requiem Mass for Alison will be celebrated at 12 noon (streamed on www.stjohns.ie). Private cremation will follow.
Alison's family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to Alison's friends and family and to all of the amazing staff in the palliative care unit for their support, prayers and good wishes during this difficult time.
