The death has occurred of
Allan Birney
Birney, Allan (Balbriggan, Co. Dublin and formerly Clontarf) – died peacefully on 3rd December 2025, beloved son of Geraldine and the late Anthony; lovingly remembered and sadly missed by his wife Aisling, his adored daughters Cara and Ava, sisters Aisling (Donald) and Karen (Andrew), and brother Gary (Emma), nieces and nephews, extended family, kind neighbours and his many friends.
Allan will repose at the Fanagan Kirwan Funeral Home, Fairview Strand on Monday evening (December 8th) with family in attendance from 5pm until 7pm. Requiem Mass on Tuesday (December 9th) at 10am in Church of St. John the Baptist, Clontarf Road. Funeral thereafter to the Seafield Chapel at the Fanagan Kirwan Funeral Home, Fairview.
