On November 23rd, 2025, AMY, aged 46 years, passed away peacefully after a long illness very bravely borne, surrounded by her family, in the loving care of staff at Marymount Hospice Cork. Beloved wife of John and devoted mother of Liam and Ronan and precious daughter of Colleen and Con.

Sadly missed by her loving husband, sons, mother and father, aunts, uncle, mother-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, her extended relatives and wide circle of friends and colleagues.

A special word of gratitude to all those who cared for Amy during her illness.

May Amy rest in peace.

Reposing at Coakley Funeral Home Chapel Street, Bantry on Tuesday Nov. 25th from 5.30pm to 7.30pm with prayers at 7.30pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday Nov. 26th at 12.30pm in St Fachtna’s Church, Adrigole (to view live stream please click here) followed by burial in Kilcaskin Cemetery.

Amy’s family warmly invites all who attend her funeral to wear brightly coloured clothing or a touch of pink in celebration of Amy’s life.
