Andy McNulty

Andy McNulty, Carne, Belmullet, Co. Mayo and formerly of Killyygordon, Co. Donegal peacefully at the Mayo University Hospital, Castlebar on 19th January 2026. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Rose, brothers Barney and John, sisters Breege and Rose, brothers in law, sisters in law, his three nephews and grandnephew. Beloved husband of Maura (née Ruane, Doolough, Geesala), dear father of Regina (Belmullet), Noel (Portumna, Co. Galway), Bernice (Belmullet), Edel (Belmullet) and Michael (Lucan, Dublin) and cherished grandfather to his adored grandchildren Shona, Keeva, Emma, Oisín, Orla, James, Luca and Noah. He will be sadly missed by his family, his son in law Pat Murphy, daughters in law Ann Marie and Fran, brother James, sisters Kathleen and Ann, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, kind neighbours and many friends.

Andy will lie in repose at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Wednesday evening from 5 o’clock until 7 o’clock with the funeral arriving at the Church of the Holy Family, Carne at 8.30. Funeral Mass on Thursday at 12 noon followed by burial in Tarmoncarra Cemetery. Family friends and neighbours are welcome to call to the Family Home on Tuesday throughout the day and Wednesday up to 3pm.
