Angela Walsh (née Fleming), Castlebanny, Ballyhale, Co. Kilkenny

 

Angela, who passed away following a short illness courageously fought, surrounded by her adoring family on Wednesday, 15th April 2026 in the care of the wonderful staff of The Acute Stroke Unit, Medical Ward 5 at University Hospital, Waterford.

 

Pre-deceased by her husband Joe.

 

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sorrowing family, her children Seamus, Phil, Mary, Paul, Carmel and Davie, grandchildren Gemma, Mark, Shelly, Laura, Jessie, Rebecca, Amy, Ciara, Abbie, Erin, Saoirse and Emma, great grandchildren Joe, Robyn, Tiernan, Tadhg, Hugo, Lola, Bonnie and Finn, daughters-in-law Dee and Jacqui, sons-in-law Eugene, Kieran, Tom and Phil’s partner Sean, and our close family friend Mikey who Angela loved like a son, nieces, nephews, relatives, kind neighbours and many friends.

Reposing at her residence Castlebanny, Ballyhale (Eircode X91 E827) on Friday, 17th April from 2pm to 8pm pausing for Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 7pm

 

Funeral arriving to St. Martin of Tours Church, Ballyhale on Saturday, 18th April for Requiem Mass at 11am.

 

Burial will take place afterwards in Ballyhale new Cemetery.
