BARNES, Ann (née Flynn), (Leixlip, Co. Kildare and formerly of Ballindoney, Co. Wexford) April 11th 2025 (peacefully) surrounded by her family and in the loving care of the staff at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harold’s Cross. Ann, beloved wife of Gerry and much-loved mother of Laura and Niall. Sadly missed by her loving husband, daughter, son, son-in-law Evan, sisters, brothers, mother-in-law Barbara, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives and a wide circle of friends.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Lucan on Saturday evening (April 12th) from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. Removal on Monday morning (April 14th) to the Church of Our Lady’s Nativity, Leixlip arriving for Funeral Mass at 11.00am followed by burial in Confey Cemetery. Ann’s funeral mass may be viewed online (live only) on Monday morning at 11.00am by following this LINK. House Private. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to the Irish Cancer Society.
