Ann Donohue

Ann passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the Galway Hospice on Wednesday the 17th of December 2025.

Predeceased by her parents Peter and Bridget, brother Peter Joe (Donohue), sisters Mary Teresa (Dolan), Bridie (Mannion) and Margaret (Donohue).

Ann will be sadly missed by her sister Lizzie (Kelly), brother Joachim, sister-in-law Bernadette (Donohue), nieces, nephews and extended family and many friends.

May Ann's gentle soul Rest In Peace.

Reposing at Áras Mhuire in the grounds of St. Killian’s Church, New Inn, (Eir Code H53 P6C0) on Friday, 19th of December from 6pm to 7.30pm with removal afterwards to adjoining Church. Ann’s Requiem mass will take place in St. Killian’s Church, New Inn on Saturday, 20th December at 11 AM followed by burial immediately afterwards in Killaan cemetery, Woodlawn, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway.

Ann’s family would like to express their sincere thanks to their extended family, neighbours, carers and friends for all their kindness and help.
