The death has occurred of Ann Finnegan (née McCartney). Cornalaragh, Carrickmacross & formerly Darver, Co. Louth. 20th December 2024. Peacefully, surrounded by her cherished family, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.

Predeceased by her parents Peter & Elizabeth, her sisters Monina, Bridget, Kitty, Olive & Patricia and her brothers Gerard & Aidan.

Sadly missed and remembered with love by her beloved family; her husband PJ, her daughters Noreen & Breda and her sons Paul, Colm, Dermot & Derek, her much-loved grandchildren Lisa, David, Kate, Shane, Lauren, Ellen, Louise, Rebecca, Chloe, Leah, Aaron, Aoibhe, Edie, Cara, Dylan, Amelia, Noah & Logan and her six great-grandchildren, her son-in-law, daughters-in-law, her brothers Peter & Brendan, her extended family, neighbours & friends.

Ann will repose at Lonergan Funeral Directors Funeral Home, Carrickmacross, A81 D328, on Sunday, 22nd December, from 3pm until 6pm.

Ann’s funeral cortège will leave her home, Cornalaragh, on Monday, 23rd December, proceeding to St. Michael’s Church, Corduff, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am followed by burial in the adjoining Cemetery.
