Peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, after a long illness bravely borne with great courage and dignity.
Ann (née Walsh), dearly beloved wife of the late James. Cherished and adored mam of Sharon (Daly), Gillian, Deborah, Pat, and the late baby James. Mother-in-law to Mick and Dylan. Treasured and much-loved nan to Kate, Daíre, Conor, Sophie, Fionn, and Robyn, and special grandma to Aidan and Aida. Dearest friend to Margaret Cashman.
Sadly missed and lovingly remembered also by her sisters Rose Murray and Betty Power, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews — especially John, Nigel, and Donal Desmond — along with her extended family, many friends, and wonderful neighbours.
May Ann Rest In Peace.
Ann will repose in O’Farrell’s Funeral Home, Riverside Way, Midleton, P25 X382, on Friday, 10th October, from 5:00pm to 6:30pm.
Funeral Mass on Saturday, 11th October, at 11:00am in Church of The Most Holy Rosary, Midleton, followed by a service at the Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy, at 1:00pm.

The family wish to express their deepest gratitude to Suncourt Medical Centre, Marymount Palliative Nurses Caroline and Cathy, Murphy’s Pharmacy, Public Health Nurse Roseann, and Ann’s wonderful carer Isabella for the exceptional care, compassion, and kindness shown to Ann throughout her illness.
A special word of thanks to her dear friend and hairdresser Czarina, whose warmth, friendship, and gentle care brought Ann so much comfort.
