Ann Phelan (née O’Neill), Meadow Hill, Tinahely, Co. Wicklow and late of Shankill, Co. Dublin, 13th December 2025, peacefully in the loving care of the staff at Carnew Nursing Home, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Noel, loving mother of Lesa and Owen, sister of John, and nanny to Leann, Louise, Kim and Jenny, and great granny to Joshua, Jacob, Addison, Sophia and Jake. Sadly missed by her loving family, son-in-law Robert, Owen’s partner Rachel, nephews, nieces, extended family, relatives, and friends.
