Nancy passed away peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at Tí Rushmore. Beloved wife of the late John and much loved sister of Bridgie, Nora, Rita, Micko and the late Teresa, Beairtle and Pádraic. Deeply mourned and sadly missed by her sisters and brother, nieces, nephews, the extended Broderick and Conroy family, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements:

Sunday, 22nd February, 2026 Nancy will lie in Repose at the O' Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, (H91 V1K8) from 3.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

There will be no Removal to the Church this evening.

Monday 23rd February, 2026

Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Nancy at the Church of St. John the Apostle, Knocknacarra, on arrival at 11.00 a.m. Following Mass she will be laid to rest in Rahoon cemetery. Live stream link for Mass : see below

Please approach the funeral parlour entrance on foot from Fr. Burke Park. Street parking may be available on Fr. Griffin Road, within the Claddagh, on Henry Street and Sea Road. Road works continue within the city with road diversions.

Car Parks within walking distance of the parlour: The Claddagh Church, Spanish Arch and Mill Street which is adjacent to the Garda Station.
