16 Meadowlands, Miltown Malbay, and formerly of Buncraggy, Tiermaclane, Ennis, Co. Clare.
Peacefully at Caherass Nursing Home, Croom, Co. Limerick.
Sadly missed by her daughters Grace and Claire, son Shane and their father John, son in law Mark Fowler, sisters Mary Chawke, Frances O'Donoghue, Geraldine Creaner and Tina McGann, nieces, nephews, extended family members, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in St. Joseph's Church, Miltown Malbay on Friday 4th July from 5 o'clock to 7 o'clock. Funeral Mass on Saturday 5th July at 12 noon with private Cremation to follow. The Mass can be viewed on https://www.churchservices.tv/miltownmalbay
