(née Cummins)
Predeceased by her brother Gerard. Peacefully, in the wonderful care of the medical staff of The Mater Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Dave and cherished mother of David, Derek, Philip and Ger. Ann will be sadly missed and remembered with love by her husband, sons, grandchildren Chantelle, Derek, Zowie, Deborah, Andrew, Glen, Niamh, Aoife, Kiara, Seán and Katie, great grandchildren, Lucy, Zach, Arthur, Darci and Amelia, daughters-in-law Anita, Tricia, Sharon and Anna, sisters Carol, Rita, Bernie and Miriam, Brother Denis, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours, friends and all who knew and loved her.
Family flowers only, donations, in lieu of flowers, to The Mater Foundation.
