Anna Dalton

Formerly of Finglas. With profound sadness, we announce the peaceful passing of Anna in the wonderful and compassionate care of the staff on Banks Ward, Beaumount Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.

 

Anna was the cherished wife of the late Danny and a devoted and loving mother to Anna, Danny, Elaine, Sinéad, Grace, Edel, and the late Damien and his twin Martin who passed away in infancy. She will be forever loved and deeply missed by her adored grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

 

Predeceased by her parents Rosanna and Joseph, her dear sisters Kay, Mary, Rose, Bernie, Carmel and brother Peter, Anne now rests reunited with those who have gone before her.

 

Anne was cared for with great kindness and dignity by Comfort Keepers and Oldin’s Wood Care Facility, whose support and dedication meant so much to her and to her family, and for which we are deeply grateful.

 

Her gentle spirit, warmth, and unwavering love for her family will remain forever etched in our hearts. Anne’s memory will be lovingly cherished by her sons-in-law, sisters Rita, extended family, neighbours, friends, and all who were privileged to know her.

Reposing at Michael Doyle Funeral Home, Finglas Village, on Monday the 9th from 3.00pm to 5.00pm. Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday at Saint Canice’s Church, Finglas Village, arriving for 11.00am Mass, followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery.
