Anna Maria (Mieke) Aardenburg
Kilcoole , Co. Wicklow and late of Castlebar – Glencorrib, Co. Mayo.
Mieke died peacefully May 27th 2023. Pre deceased by her daughter Susan, much loved , adored mother and best friend to David Murphy,(New Zealand). Very sadly missed by her loving family, her mother Ann, siblings Mary Cronin, Kees and Dick, daughter-in-law Helen. Sadly missed by the extended Aardenburg, Cronin and Murphy families, neighbours and dear friends.
Cremation has taken place privately. A celebration of Mieke’s life will take place in July in the West of Ireland after which she will be interred with her beloved daughter Susan.
Rest In Peace.
Our sincere thanks to the staff in Kilcoole Lodge Nursing Home, who gave exceptional care and kindness to Mieke these past six months. Also to those in Castlebar Hospital who looked after Mieke from September to December 2022.
