Anna SMITH
(née Kirk)

SMITH, Anna (née Kirk) late of Rathfarnham, Dublin and formerly of Inniskeen, peacefully in her 93rd year on November 27th, 2025, in the loving care of her family and staff at St. James’s Hospital.

 

Beloved wife of the late Matt and much-loved mother of Doreen (Freeman) and Sheila (Galvin). Anna will be sadly missed by her loving daughters, her cherished grandchildren, Sinead, Shane, Aisling, Conor, Niall, Brian and Cian, great-grandchildren Saoirse and Lauren, sons-in-law Seamus and John, her sister Briege (Quigley), sister-in-law, nieces, nephews, her wonderful neighbours and wide circle of friends. Predeceased by her brother Seán.

Anna will be reposing at the Larry Massey Funeral Home, Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham, D16 VO46, on Monday (December 1st) from 4pm to 6pm. Removal on Tuesday morning (December 2nd) to the Church of the Annunciation, Rathfarnham, D14 E803, arriving for 10am Mass, followed by burial in Cruagh Cemetery, Cruagh Road, Rathfarnham.
