Anne (Annie) Holmes
(née Gourley)

Holmes (née Gourley) Anne (Annie), (late of Ballyfermot), (20th January 2026); unexpectedly but peacefully, surrounded by her loving family in the kind care of the staff of St James’s Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Joe and loving mam of June, Mary, Annette and Christine.

 

Annie will be forever loved and very sadly missed by her heartbroken daughters, grandchildren Lauren, Shauna, Emily, Emma, Adam, Jack, Dylan and Oisín, sons-in-law Ger, Joe and Stephen, brother Jimmy, sisters-in-law Betty, Carmel and Eileen, brother-in-law Liam, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

 

May her gentle soul rest in peace

 

Reposing at her home on Thursday from 4pm to 7pm. Funeral on Friday (23rd January) at 9.30am in St Matthew’s Church, Ballyfermot followed by burial in Esker Cemetery arriving at approximately 11.15am.
