Anne Bernadette (Bernie) O'Raw

Our deeply beloved Bernie passed peacefully to her new life on Sunday, 16th October 2022, in the bosom of her devoted and loving family, and under the care of the compassionate staff at Our Lady's Hospice in Harold's Cross. Bernie is predeceased by her husband John 'Jackie', her daughter-in-law Conchita 'Conchie', son-in-law Ned, and also her brothers Seamus and Jack, and sister Angela. She will be forever missed by her children Paul, Mary, Jacinta, Geraldine, Seanny, Stephen and Anne, and her sons and daughters-in-law Kathleen, Stewart, Mark, Audrey, Karen and Mick. Sharing in the sadness of this loss are her grandchildren Nicky, Gemma, Juan, April, Sam, Niamh, Shane, Ruairi, Dearbhla, Abigail, Cathal, Fionn and Harley, their partners Catriona, Alice, Eoin and Laura, Bernie's great-grandchildren, Elsie, Jack and Aksel, her sister Phil and her brothers and sisters-in-law. Amongst the many relatives and friends Bernie held so very close to her heart was her dearest niece Rio, her sister-in-law Elizabeth and her lifetime friends, Phyllis and Margaret. She will be lovingly remembered by her many relatives, nieces, nephews, neighbours and friends.

May her beautiful soul rest forever in peace.

She will be reposing at her Bluebell home on Tuesday 18th and Wednesday, 19th of October, where friends and family are most welcome to pay her their final respects during the hours of 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Bernie's remains will be communed by her family to her Requiem Mass in Our Lady of the Wayside Church in Bluebell, a place where Bernie always found peace, comfort and the time to pray for all she loved.
