The death has occurred of Anne Caffrey (née McGahon), 63 Beechwood Drive, Dunleer, County Louth aged 72, peacefully surrounded by her loving family at our Lady of Lourdes Hospital Drogheda, after a long illness bravely borne.
Anne, loving mother of Thomas, Catriona, Michael, Rosaleen and Francis. Predeceased by her husband Maurice parents Michael and Kitty and brother Oliver. Sadly missed by her sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law and her 19 adored grandchildren, brothers Jackie, Barry, Pádraig, Martin and Jimmy, sisters Margaret McConnoran, Irene Lynch, Mary Mullen and Pauline Jordan, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, uncle, aunt, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and friends.
The family would like to thank all the nurses and carers who looked after Anne during her illness.
May Anne Rest in Peace.
Reposing at her residence Saturday 1st March from 6pm-8pm and on Sunday 2nd March from 1pm-5 pm. House strictly private outside reposing times.
Removal on Monday morning, 3rd March from her residence at 11:20am proceeding on foot to Saint Brigid‘s Church Dunleer (A92 KV 97) for funeral Mass at 12 noon, which can be viewed via the parish webcam https://www.dunleerparish.ie/2015/06/st-brigids-church-tv/.
Burial afterwards in Dromin Cemetery (A92 E732).
