Anne Conneally
(née Smith)

The death has occurred of Anne Conneally (nee Smith) Ballymoney, Dunmore, Co.Galway, and formerly of Leitra, Glenamaddy, peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family and the exceptional care of the staff of the Galway Hospice. Predeceased by her parents Tom and Annie-Maí, her sisters Carmel and Kitty, brothers Patrick and Johnnie, her nephew Sean and sister in law Maggie. Beloved and deeply cherished wife of Martin, devoted mother to her children, daughter Siobhán, sons Niall and Shane, son in law Gabriel, daughters-in-law Róisín and Marie.

Anne will be sadly missed by her adored grandchildren, Gearóid, Eoin, Éilish, Kate, Malachy, Dylan and Kyle, her sisters Maureen Kearney and Sr Elizabeth Smith, brothers Oliver and Kevin, sisters in law, brothers in law, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

May her gentle soul rest in peace.

Anne will be reposing at Glynn's Funeral Home, Dunmore on Thursday 16th of April from 6-8pm. Removal from her home on Friday morning to the Church of Our Lady and Saint Nicholas, Dunmore for funeral mass at 12 noon, burial afterwards in the local cemetery.
