Anne Dooley (née O'Neill)
Loreto Park, Kilkenny
and formerly of Glasnevin, Dublin 9.
Anne died peacefully at home, on 11th December 2025, after a long illness, borne with great resilience and courage.
Beloved wife of her late husband Alan, Anne will be deeply missed and remembered with enormous love by her family. She will be welcomed at the pearly gates by Alan, her parents Gerard and Hilda and her daughter-in-law Roisín.
Anne was a marvellous Mum to her children - John, Susan, David, Jackie, Avril and Maria and the kindest Granny to Kyoko-Anne, Aisling, Hazel, Conor and Evan.
She will be sadly missed by her sons-in-law Craig and Tom and daughter-in-law Naoko.
Anne will be remembered with great love by the entire O’Neill clan – especially her brothers Paddy, Gerard, Barry and her sister Rosemary, all her nieces and nephews, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, and her wonderful circle of amazing neighbours and life-long friends.
Anne was a woman of supreme kindness with a unique sense of humour and a lover of life.
May her gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Anne will repose at her home in Loreto Park, Kilkenny (R95 TXE4) on Sunday evening 14th December from 4pm to 7pm pausing for Rosary and Prayers at 6pm.
Requiem Mass on Tuesday morning (16th December) at 10.30am in St. Canice’s Church, Kilkenny. (R95V440))
followed by cremation Service at 2.15pm in the Garden Chapel at Mount Jerome Crematorium, Dublin (D6W HY98)
