Anne Garvey
(née Spillane)

Anne Garvey (nee Spillane). (Ex Principal Christ the King Girls National School, Cabra). Passed away peacefully on Thursday 26th March at Cliffs of Moher Hotel, Liscannor, Co. Clare (after a long illness very bravely borne), surrounded by her loving family and her dedicated carers.

Widow of the late Brendan Garvey (EHB). Predeceased by her sister Mary (O Brien) - Dundalk.

Deeply mourned by her sons Ronan and Aonghus, grand daughter Éire, sisters Margaret (Curtin - Killaloe Co. Clare), Philomena (McCarthy - Castleknock), brother-in-law Diarmuid McCarthy, all of her amazing carers, the extended Garvey family, nephews, nieces, grand nephews, grand nieces, great grand nieces, neighbours and friends.

May Anne's gentle soul Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Cliffs of Moher Hotel, Liscannor, Co. Clare on Friday the 27th March for family and friends.
Funeral will arrive at St. Flannan's Church, Killaloe for Funeral Mass at 11am on Saturday the 28th of March. Cremation Service will take place at Shannon Crematorium on Monday 30th March at 12 noon.

Do not go gentle into that good night,

Old age should burn and rave at close of day;

Rage, rage against the dying of the light.
