Anne Monica Downey
(née Arkins)

Late of Kilbeg, Carlanstown. Formerly of the Cross Carrick, Kells, and Luton, England. Peacefully in the Mater Hospital, Dublin, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her son, John, parents Mena and Joe, brothers Jimmy, Michael and Joe, and sisters Jenny, Mary, Stella and Margaret.

Sadly, missed by her heartbroken husband, Pat; daughters, Joanne (Andy), and Breda (Dominic), son Michael (Theresa); adored grandchildren Annie, Andrew, Tom, Martin, Becki, JJ and Darragh, her beautiful great-grandchildren Lily, Sean and August, brothers Johnnie (June) and Willie (Anne), nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and extended family.

May Anne's gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at her home (A82F2K5) on Sunday, 16th June, from 2 pm to 8 pm and with removal on Monday, 17th June, to St. Colmcille’s Church, Kells, for 11 am Funeral Mass, followed by burial afterwards in Kilbeg Cemetery.
