Anne Phelan
(née Houlihan)
PHELAN (née Houlihan), Anne (Swords and formerly of Grangemockler, Co. Tipperary) - June 5th, 2024, (peacefully) at Moorehall Lodge Nursing Home. Beloved wife of the late Donal (Donie) and sister of the late Marie. Sadly missed by her loving sons Paul, Michael and Noel. daughters-in-law Amanda and Trish, grandchildren Jacob, Leah, Jack and Laura, brother Cha, sister Lena, relatives and friends.
May she Rest In Peace.
Reposing at Rock's Funeral Home, Swords on Saturday (June 8th) afternoon from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Removal on Monday (June 10th) morning to St. Colmcille's Church, Swords arriving for 10 a.m. Mass followed by burial to St. Patrick's Cemetery, Clonmel.
