Anne Rooney

Anne Rooney, 28th November 2023, Breaffy, Castlebar and Renmore, Galway (formerly Department of Social Protection), peacefully at her residence in Breaffy, Castlebar following a long illness, bravely borne.

 

Sadly missed by her brothers Noel and Martin, sisters Mary and Margaret, her special friend Joe, brothers-in-law Tom and Shane, nephew Liam, nieces Caitriona, Caóimhe, Malia and Clíodhna and her many treasured friends and relations.

 

May she Rest in Peace

Anne’s remains will repose Coady’s Funeral home, Castlebar on Thursday (November 30th) from 5.30 -7pm with removal on Friday morning at 11.15a.m for Requiem Mass at 12 noon in St. Aloysius Church, Breaffy. Anne will be laid to rest afterwards in Breaffy Cemetery.
