Anne Shannon

Shannon, (née Kennedy) Anne, Sallins and formerly of Goatstown, Dublin, July 20th, 2024, peacefully after a short illness, at Naas General Hospital, in her 91st year.

Beloved wife of the late Jimmy, adored and treasured Mother of Peter, Jane (O’Byrne), Michael and Marianne (Crowley). She will be dearly missed by her family; her sister Rita, son-in-law Flor, her cherished grandchildren; Meghan, Hannah, Conor, Emily, Leah, Jamie and Kate, great-grandchildren Ollie & Ronan, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends from Rathfarnham Golf Club.

Reposing at her daughter Marianne's house in Sallins (W91V8R9) on Tuesday, July 23rd, from 5pm. - 8pm.

Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 11am. in the Church of Our Lady and the Guardian Angels, Sallins.

Private burial on Thursday in Clonoghill Cemetery, Birr, Co. Offaly.
