Annie Doyle (née Casey), 'St. Brigid’s', Station Road, Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow, passed away peacefully, on June 21st, 2023, in the tender care of the staff of Borris Lodge Nursing Home. Predeceased by her husband Eddie, son Eamon, daughter Una, her parents John and Mary Casey, brothers John, Tom and Pa Joe, sisters Kathleen, Babs, Agnes, MaryAnn and Bridie. Beloved mother to Liam, Sean, Patricia and Brian. Loving sister of Frank (Florida, U.S.A). Annie will be lovingly remembered and very sadly missed by her daughters-in-law Kay, Stella, Philomena and Kate, sons-in-law Brian and William, her adored grandchildren Carol, Fiona, Shane, David, Alan, Gillian, Colm, David, Katie, Darragh, Barry, Rory, Cillian, Eoghan and Aaron, her great-grandchildren Alex, Daniel, Caitlín, Mason, Dylan, Eliza, Mary, Kitty, Minnie and Rían, nieces, nephews, extended family, kind neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Cushen’s Funeral Home, Kilcarrig Street, Bagenalstown (Eircode; R21 V127) on Thursday, 22nd June, from 12 noon until 9pm, with funeral prayers at 8pm. Removal from Cushen’s Funeral Home on Friday, 23rd June, to arrive at St. Andrew’s Church, Bagenalstown for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in The Cemetery of the Assumption, Bagenalstown.
